This is the EXACT reason why I have one lonely sock (finished in June) without its friend. Or any intention of ever making its friend. You'd think the mess would get easier after you've done it once, but not really.
If you know any one-legged people who need a sock, let me know.
dude! what are you doing here?
I know turkish cast on is not the easiest, but so worth it! Every drip of sweat and finger-twisting!
Good luck on the socks!
Turkish cast on? Is that what I'm doing? I honestly have no idea...
Two words: Magic loop. :)
LOVE the lace panel cardigan by the way. Adorable.
I just tried the turkish cast-on with dpns Sunday and it was ridiculously hard. I've done it before with 2 circulars and it's easier because you can slide the side you aren't working onto the wire. I total understand the frustration.
